Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with solution integration managers and developers to deliver effective UI/UX for complex B2B systems
Conceptualize requirements into design artifacts (e.g., personas, storyboards, flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes)
Design responsive and accessible interfaces for web, mobile, and desktop applications
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs
Establish and maintain scalable design systems with consistent UX patterns and documentation
Partner with developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff and provide ongoing support throughout implementation
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio (link required in application)
Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
Strong knowledge of user-centered design, responsive UI, accessibility, and interaction flow best practices
Basic knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with enterprise or B2B software design
Familiarity with interaction frameworks (e.g., microinteractions)
Fluent in Thai and English (Mandarin a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
Domain experience in ESG, energy systems, IoT, or data centers
Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard design principles
Exposure to 3D UI, immersive interfaces, or spatial interaction
Experience working in agile, cross-functional development environments
