Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A transaction processes and coordinate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and complete local and overseas expansion projects

• Conduct research on companies, industry, market trend in relevant industries.

• Perform financial analysis, valuation analysis, project feasibility, and financial modelling on expansion projects and portfolio companies

• Present analysis, findings, and alternatives to C-Suit level management for decision making

• Build and maintain productive relationships with other teams within our portfolio companies and other business units

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in MBA, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.

• At least 5 years’ experience in Investment/ Investment Banking / Management Consulting at major private equity funds, venture capital funds, banks, investment banks, or management consulting firms.

• Strong knowledge of competencies in financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, CPA / CFA license is a plus

• Good knowledge of retail business as well as a good understanding of customer development.

• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken both in Thai and English.
