Human Resource Officer - Labor Relations

Job Description :

• Conduct strategy for dealing with Labor Union/Employee to crate sense of ownership/cooperation
• Coordinate with Labor Organization ex. Labor Union, Ministry of Labor ,Federation of All TOYOTA Workers Union (FAT)
• Company Regulation enforcement /Labor law
• Give consult&support HR Supplier 
• Internal Communication

Qualifications :

• Male Only
• Age not over 25 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Law, Psychology or related field
• Good command in English (Toeic score 550 minimum)
• Good communication and Interpersonal skill
• Good computer literacy ( M.S.Office )
