HR Organization Development and Transformation

About the job

• Deploy Organization/HR strategy and design a variety of initiatives, projects and programs
• Develop solutions, plan, and drive change for successful implementation with related business units
• Work closely with management to gain direction for project development
• Conduct related research through various methods to identify problems, analyze and develop HR-related solutions to formulate recommendations and action plans
• Manage initiatives as a project manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources, Organization Development, Transformation, or/and Consulting Advisory
• Intensive experience in HR solution development or/and change management
• Project management experience and time management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Enjoy working in an agile and collaborative environment
• Able to work independently with related parties
• Able to commute overseas
