HR Manager - Broadband Business

Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in supporting our employees and helping us achieve our business goals. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions,

• Manage all the HR process, including recruiting, retention, resignation and termination
• Talent Acquisition: Oversee the whole recruitment process, from job ads through interviews and hiring choices. Make certain that we are attracting and retaining outstanding talent.
• Employee relations entail serving as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a harmonious work environment.
• Performance Management involves creating and implementing systems for evaluating performance, such as goal setting, feedback.
• Benefits administration is the administration of employee benefit programs such as health insurance, and other incentives.
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
• Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
• Maintain HR systems and processes
• Provide support and guidance to HR staff
• Design and implement employee retention strategies

Qualification:

• A bachelor’s degree / Master degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area.
• Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, employee relations at least 15  years
• Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusive, collaboration and teamwork
• Experience in team management with intensive people skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
