CRM Tactical’s responsibility is planning and executing user segmentation campaigns to drive platform growth and optimize marketing efficiency. Main scope of work:
Plan and execute monthly CRM campaigns by coordinating with internal teams, including BI and Marketing
Design and test various campaign scenarios using vouchers and promotions tailored to specific user segments to maximize performance
Utilize the CRM automation platform to streamline campaign workflows and improve productivity
Report on project scope and make proposals for improvement
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager
Yêu cầu công việc:
Experience in campaign execution and project management
Experience with CRM is preferred: Familiarity with CRM framework, cohorts, and segmentation (by regions/loyalty tiers/etc).
Data-driven and demonstrated analytical mindset
Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
Experience with creative briefing is a plus.
Strong problem-solving & stakeholder management skills.
