Business Development Support Leader

What You’ll Do

1. Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team responsible for merchant onboarding, documentation, account setup, and CRM/data hygiene.

2. Campaign and Project Coordination

• Drive media and campaign executions to meet promised timelines and performance metrics.

3. Brand Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for restaurant partners, offering daily operational support and proactive problem-solving to build and maintain strong relationships.

4. Market & Competitor Analysis

• Conduct market and competitor analyses to stay on top of industry trends and identify new business opportunities.

5. Restaurant Onboarding

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support new restaurant launches, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and operational readiness.

6. Sales Operations

• Manage quotations and partner investment processes, oversee billing and ensure accuracy in financial documentation to support strategic planning and proposals.

7. Menu and Promotion Management

• Oversee the setup and maintenance of menus, pricing, images, and promotions. Ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms while identifying ways to enhance efficiency and minimize errors.

8. General Administrative & Operational Support

• Provide support for various tasks to ensure smooth operations across all business development activities.

What You’ll Need

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, operations, or sales coordination, preferably in performance and brand marketing.

• Background in campaign planning within a marketing or media agency is a strong advantage.

• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

• A proactive, can-do attitude with strong ownership, responsibility, and teamwork.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Slides.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.

• Fluency in Thai and a good command of English.
