Business Analyst

About the Role

• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, both functional and non-functional.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights into business operations and performance.
• Develop recommendations for business solutions, including process improvements, new technologies, or changes to business strategies.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed within the timeframe and budget, while meeting business requirements.
• Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, review project progress, and provide updates.
• Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate proposed solutions and their potential impact on the business.
• Create business cases to justify proposed solutions and secure funding for projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identify and manage risks and issues.
• Design product feature specification from data gathering both from process and user.
• Analyze as-is process in hospital and related party to identify problem and bottleneck.
• Perform user interview to get insight and testing design assumption.
• Analyze existing form to consolidate it to be more effective data specification for software which also align with healthcare data standard
• Design lean operation process which leverages our new software feature
• Using basic data analytics skill to identify problem and working with data scientist to extract pattern of operation and behavior of user
• Work with PO & UX to delivery not only optimized workflow and support safety software but also simple and elegant product for user

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role in system implementation, software development or related fields.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Basic knowledge of database and data structure ex. SQL, NoSQL, MYSQL, Oracle etc.
• Excellent understanding of Thai and English.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to quickly adapt to new situations and solve problems, exercise good judgement, and demonstrate professionalism
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays upon requests.
• Ability to travel when required and provide on-site support as part of a team or alone.
