Business Development Executive/Manager (Digital/ Game)
Responsibilities:
Analyze market research data, customer insights, competitors, and trends to develop a winning
strategy plan.
Drive user acquisition and retention for the online payment business.
Collaborate proactively with stakeholders from digital content merchants to align objectives,
plans, and incentives that encourage their customers to pay with TrueMoney Wallet.
Initiate and develop business requirements, lead key projects, and ensure timely project
delivery.
Deeply understand game user behavior and segment-specific details. Work with the analytics
team to uncover customer insights and propose new products (e.g., one-click purchases) that
address user needs.
Design and implement above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) campaigns to migrate users
from other payment methods to TrueMoney Wallet.
Identify gaps and improvement areas in product offerings and customer journeys. Work closely
with product and technology teams to continuously enhance the customer experience.
Ensure that all commercial activities meet or exceed budget, cost, volume, and efficiency targets
(KPIs) aligned with business objectives.
Develop and oversee end-to-end workflows for key areas, including:
Merchant onboarding
Payment and settlement processes
Documentation and reporting
Time-to-launch for merchant onboarding
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or related fields.
2–3 years of experience in product development or project management roles.
Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Experience in entertainment apps or fintech is a significant advantage.
Understanding of SQL databases is a plus.
Demonstrated passion for financial technology.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong command of English.
Knowledge of product design and business requirement development is an advantage.
Capacity to identify and stay updated on relevant technologies.
Hands-on mentality with a “get-it-done” attitude.
Self-aware, recognizing strengths and areas for improvement.
Strong collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent analytical skills and business acumen.
