Transportation Manager

Responsibilities :

• Organize to establish and improve the operation procedure, standardization and management system of large-item delivery for both Own fleet delivery team and 3PL delivery management.

• Responsible for the development of third-party Logistic(3PL) resources and contract signing, formulating distribution coverage, freight rates and distribution plans.

• Analyze the delivery/Transportation cost of large item products, review the delivery cost and continuously optimize the delivery operation cost structure.

• Responsible for the establishment, management and improvement of the distribution service network in the region, and responsible for the distribution capacity and service quality.

• Manage transportation cost budget and performance for the company’s logistics

• Manage transport invoice and payment process

• Monitor PO balance, approval and ensure payment transactions according to contractual term and conditions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields

• At least 5-10 years of experience in Supply chain, Logistics and Transportation Management

• Knowledge of Transport Management and Logistics cost

• Good command in English, both written and spoken

• Good computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel)

• Experience in the Retail Company will be considered
