JOB OVERVIEW
• We are looking for an accomplished a highly skilled Solution Architect with proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end (E2E) solutions in the Retail domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to develop and implement robust, scalable retail solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Solution Architecture – Lead end-to-end retail solution design (WMS, POS, OMS, e-commerce, supply chain, CRM, merchandising) and integrations.
• Stakeholder & Delivery – Collaborate with business, tech teams, and vendors; guide development to ensure alignment.
• Technical Oversight – Ensure performance, scalability, security, and compliance throughout the lifecycle.
• Documentation & Quality – Produce clear blueprints/specs and enforce best practices.
• Innovation & Risk – Monitor retail tech trends, recommend improvements, and manage technical risks.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Must have
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, with significant exposure to the retail domain.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering E2E solutions in complex retail environments.
• Strong knowledge of retail business processes and systems (ERP, POS, e-commerce, CRM, supply chain, etc.).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills in English.
• Hands-on experience with integration technologies, APIs, middleware, and cloud platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to have
• Experience with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with microservices, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.
• Retail industry certifications or relevant technical certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
• Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
