In this Role, You’ll:
Design, implement and maintain practical Job architecture solutions to establish a strong and consistent foundation across various business functions in Agoda
Partner effectively with business leaders and other stakeholders to address rewards problems; provide innovative and practical solutions
Conduct and review compensation benchmarking analysis to ensure competitive, fair and effective compensation packages
Provide clear, actionable reporting and recommendations to leadership through presentations, and regular reviews
Assist in compensation review cycles to deliver highly accurate and timely results
Support the management of personnel costs in alignment with Agoda’s financial plan
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
At least 4 years of relevant work experience
A background in Job architecture, job evaluation and compensation are high desirable
Bachelor’s degree required
Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel; good, working proficiency in related programs
Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English required
Strong project management skills and excellent attention to detail
Proven, deep analytic and problem-solving skills
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics
Good fit with our highly multi-cultural, fast-innovating environment
Ability to cope well with ambiguity and change
Humility, flexibility, good interpersonal skills a must
