Relevant Experience: Experience in purchasing, supply chain, distribution, B2B, retail, or trading is advantageous.
Business Sense: Strong understanding of the overall industry sector, including trends and complexities.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market information and initiate new or improved approaches to ensure effective decision-making.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree: In Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
Role & Responsibility:
Procurement Activities: Translate the monthly supply master plan into routine procurement activities, including local purchase sourcing and import.
Efficiency Management: Ensure the efficiency of individual product and packaging lifting plans, including inbound and outbound delivery, in coordination with the relevant team.
Stock Management: Maintain appropriate stock levels to support sales and purchases.
Month-End Closing: Ensure timely month-end closing and verify the accuracy of key documents related to purchasing, billing, and payments.
