QA Engineer (Automated Testing Experience Required)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Robot Framework etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, plans, and objectives aligned with business and technical requirements
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) to ensure continuous testing and delivery
• Conduct end-to-end testing of financial applications, including credit card services, personal loan platforms, and speedy cash card systems, to validate their functionality, security, and performance
• Identify, report, and track defects in collaboration with development teams to ensure timely resolution
• Ensure all testing processes meet financial industry regulations and compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOX, GDPR)
• Conduct load, stress, and performance testing on financial systems to ensure scalability and reliability
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, test data, and test results
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the automation process and ensure the reliability of automated tests
• Stay updated with the latest testing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the automation process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in QA automation, with a strong focus on financial services
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, SoapUI, or REST Assured
• Strong understanding of financial industry regulations and standards
• Experience in performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
