Responsibilities:
Managing personnel, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Collaborating on project developments and implementing changes.
Maintaining adherence to relevant guidelines and standards.
Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Ensuring staff are adequately trained and developed.
Tracking and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization's operations.
Preparing and delivering reports or presentations to the Vice President.
Providing administrative and operational support to the Vice President of Operations.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate schedules and meetings efficiently
Proficient in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Detail-oriented and capable of managing confidential information and sensitive documents
High level of professionalism, responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure
Understanding of business operations, workflows, or project management is an advantage
