Lead/Staff Database Administrator

What you’ll Do:

• Provide expertise of database administration support for LMWN databases Amazon RDS, Amazon Aurora, and MongoDB.

• Provide expertise of review for database change requests' execution.

• Analyze issues about the Database, identify the root cause, lead the investigation, and own the problem resolution.

• Design and develop automation tools to prevent and solve database’s related problems.

• Provide proactive monitoring on every database.

• Working closely with engineers to prevent and solve the database problem.

• Working under LINE MAN Wongnai in a cross-functional team

What you’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field of specialization preferred.

• 7+ years experience in Database Administration or any related fields.

• Experience in administration on Amazon RDS and Aurora.

• Experience in administration on MongoDB is an advantage.

• Experience in Spark SQL/Presto is an advantage.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting database issues.

• Experience with microservice architectures.

• Ability to develop scripting such as PL/pgSQL.

• Ability to understand the software in any languages of the following: Golang, Java, Python, PHP, and node.js.

• Proactive, initiative, and willing to learn new things
