Responsibilities:
Engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) who can influence potential players. Execute KOL marketing projects across diverse channels.
Develop and execute KOL marketing strategies
Identify and build relationships with KOLs
Source new KOLs for the “Creator Program” and manage the program smoothly
Research relevant industry experts, audience, and users to match KOLs with our game
Brainstorm creative KOL campaign approaches
Track emerging trends, technologies, and KOLs
Collaborate with the marketing team on KOL partnerships
Monitor campaigns, ensure contract compliance, and drive improvements
Handle paperwork (payments, KOL contracts)
Provide consultation on KOL marketing operations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business / Marketing a plus)
At least 2 years of experience in KOL / Influencer management with good understanding of KOL marketing and KOL work styles
Experienced in gaming or related industry with strong passion in games
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Organized, good time management, able to work overtime
Strong interpersonal & networking skills
Detail-oriented, creative, problem solver
Cheerful, proactive, team player, works well under pressure in fast-paced environments
