IT Support (F&R)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the Forecast & Replenishment system and related systems, performing initial troubleshooting according to established procedures.

• Provide support to internal business users, assisting with the analysis and initial resolution of F&R system issues.

• Coordinate and escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal IT teams (e.g., ERP, Data, Infrastructure)

• Liaise with the F&R system vendor for issues beyond internal resolution

• Participate in system testing with the Forecast & Replenishment system vendor during system upgrades or enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Support, SCM Forecast & Replenishment, or a combination of both.

• Experience with RELEX software is a plus.

• Familiarity with working on SAP software.

• Strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with both IT and Business stakeholders.
