GrabMart is a fast-growing vertical within Grab, focused on delivering everyday essentials to our customers through our app. As part of this team, you will help shape the strategy, building partnerships, and driving execution to grow GrabMart's presence and improvement across Southeast Asia.

Get to Know the Role

As a Commercial Team Lead, you will lead a team, developing strategies, and implementing projects to improve growth and safeguarding daily performance of GrabMart. You will work with teams to ensure agreement and successful implementation of projects. Additionally, you will safeguard the performance of daily business operations, ensuring a smooth execution of the merchant across all responsibilities, especial the small businesses partners.

You will report to Head GrabMart - Omnichannel.

You will work onsite at HCMC.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Lead a team to achieve commercial goals for GrabMart.

• Develop strategies to grow GrabMart's market share, revenue, and customer base.

• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities

• Safeguard the performance of daily business operations to and effectiveness of all the accounts under your management.

• Build and nurture partnerships with small businesses to expand GrabMart's merchant base.

• Collaborate with all partners to lead projects

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce or tech industries.

• Experience managing teams.

• With the ability to interpret data and find insights.

• Project management skills, including strategy development.

• Experience working with small businesses, understanding their needs and challenges.

• Hunger attitude.
