JOB OVERVIEW
• We are looking for a highly experienced Full-Stack Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade software solutions using Java microservices and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Japanese clients, strong technical leadership, and a proven track record in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems from scratch.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Architecture & Design
• Design software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define the best technical approach.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with company standards.
• Analyze Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents and create complete and correct solution architectures.
• Select appropriate tools, technologies, and frameworks for each project.
• Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
Implementation & Development
• Lead development teams in building backend services using Java microservices and frontend applications using modern frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
• Implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, Cloud Formation, etc.).
• Apply DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and operations.
Technical Leadership
• Guide and mentor junior architects and development teams.
• Review code and ensure adherence to quality and security standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues early in the development lifecycle.
• Present and defend architectural solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of technical presentations and proposals.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Research and suggest improvements using emerging technologies and best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Experience
• Over 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect.
• Over 3 years of experience working with Japanese clients.
• Extensive experience designing solutions for large-scale systems from scratch.
• Proven ability to communicate directly with clients to gather and clarify business require-ments.
Technical Skills
• Strong expertise in Java microservices architecture.
• Solid experience with AWS cloud services and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation).
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Soft Skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Salary range: $2000 – $3500
