Corporate Strategy

Key Responsibilities

• Define, design, and drive the overall strategic plan for Card X.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.

• Partner with Finance to align financial projections and budgeting with strategic goals.

• Design and implement the company’s balanced scorecard and KPIs to monitor and drive performance across business units.

• Conduct portfolio analysis and recommend optimal portfolio mix strategies.

• Monitor macroeconomic trends and industry developments.

• Analyze peer performance and competitive positioning to inform strategic adjustments.

• Generate new business ideas and identify potential S-curve opportunities to fuel long-term growth.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.

• 6 years of experience in strategy consulting or a combination of consulting and in-house strategy roles at reputable firms.

• Experience with banking or consumer finance clients is a plus.

• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting fundamentals.

• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and communicate effectively across all levels.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with strategic modeling tools is a plus.
