Chief Executive Officer – Hotel and Tourism School

Location: Sun Group Academy, Sun Urban City, Hà Nam, Vietnam

I. JOB OVERVIEW

The Chief Executive Officer will provide visionary leadership to Sun Group Academy’s Hotel and Tourism School, guiding its strategic direction and operational excellence. With our esteemed partnership with École Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), the CEO will ensure the seamless integration of international best practices with Vietnam’s rich cultural heritage, equipping graduates with global competencies in hospitality and tourism.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define, communicate, and execute the school’s strategic vision and growth objectives.

• Oversee all academic and operational functions, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with both local and international standards.

• Cultivate partnerships with global educational institutions, industry leaders, and hospitality networks.

• Work closely with EHL to implement and maintain world-class curricula and training methodologies.

• Inspire and develop faculty and staff, fostering a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.

• Represent the school in high-level forums, industry events, and media engagements.

III. REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s or Doctorate in Hospitality, Tourism, Education, or Business Administration.

• Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in hospitality education or related industries.

• Proven track record in strategic management, organizational growth, and partnership development.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural leadership skills.

• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
