Role Description

This is an internship role for a Student Intern in Human Resources and/or Learning and Development at Dusit Headquarter. The position will involve a combination of on-site work at our Bangkok location and remote work. The role will support the HR and L&D in various areas such as:

• Employer branding
• Employee engagement
• Recruitment
• HR reporting
• Training programs
• Talent development

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
• Available for an internship for at least 4 months
• Proficiency in English and Thai languages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
