How You’ll Make an Impact:
Lead and manage a team of Java developers through all phases of development
Architect, design, and implement robust Java-based applications
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in coding and design
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments
A Technical Lead will champion best practices, enforce coding standards, and drive innovation through proof-of-concepts and technology evaluations
Domain knowledge of the investment and financial industry is a plus
Experience with financial technologies or platforms may be advantageous
