RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interface and communicate with customer about scope, requirements, business needs, resource, etc. All area in management scope.
• Ability to review deliverable from development team based on management and technical viewpoints.
• Ability to understand customer’s needs, ensure quality metrics of software.
• Manage resource/Team, master plan, schedules and grow-up development team in automotive domain.
• Project manager skill: experience CMMI, ASPICE, Scrum process.
• Ability to make proposals and present to customer for additional works to expand business.
• Review performance of team and motivate members.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Must have
• Working experience in programming in C, Embedded system development, automotive development process as benefit.
• 5 years of experience in management (communication, planning, business manner, business understandings, resource, etc.)
• Knowledge on automation testing system (Jenkins, etc.)
• Experience with automotive development/testing tools (Davinci, Cantata, WInAMS, Polyspace, Misra-C, CodeSonar, Vector, etc.)
• Good understanding of the embedded software build process (compiling, linking, programming, etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot issues to resolution. Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with configuration management tools (SVN, GIT, etc.)
• Ability to analyze / study new technical, and make proposals.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Fluency at English communication, Korean is advantage.

Nice to have
• Work experience on AUTOSAR compliant BSW software, MCAL driver development is a strong plus.
• Overall understanding of automotive system.
