Performance Test Engineer (Hà Nội)

• Develop, implement, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and performance metrics.

• Design and execute load, stress, and scalability tests to identify system bottlenecks.

• Analyze performance test results, identify performance issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues.

• Maintain and update performance test scripts to align with changes in application architecture.

• Participate in the planning and execution of performance testing strategies.

• Generate comprehensive performance test reports and communicate results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in performance testing.

• Provide support and guidance to team members on JMeter usage and performance testing methodologies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience in at least two performance testing projects.

• Proficient in creating and maintaining JMeter for performance testing.

• Strong understanding of web application architecture and performance testing concepts.

• Having knowledge of API/Service and experience working with Postman, SoapUI.

• Solid scripting skills with languages such as JavaScript, Java, or Groovy.

• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
