MARKETING AUTOMATION ASSOCIATE MANAGER

Marketing Automation Platform Management: 
o    Configure and manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) to execute automated campaigns.
o    Develop persona-based customer journeys and implement automated workflows, including email campaigns, lead scoring, and segmentation.
o    Monitor and optimize campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
o    Stay up to date with marketing automation trends, tools, and best practices.
•    Email Marketing: 
o    Create, design, and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and customers.
o    A/B test email subject lines, content, send times and other criteria to maximize engagement and conversions.
o    Analyze metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
o    Explore alternative tools to supplement or replace traditional email marketing (e.g., Zalo, Owned app notifications)

Data Analysis and Reporting: 
o    Develop comprehensive marketing automation reports, present findings in a clear and concise manner, both written and verbal.
o    Track and analyze marketing automation KPIs, use data-driven insights to optimize future marketing automation campaigns and strategies.
o    Develop comprehensive, visually appealing dashboards and reports for multiple social media platforms and other media channels using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).

CRM Integration: 
o    Support integrates marketing automation platforms with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) to ensure seamless data synchronization and lead scoring.
o    Laise with relevant teams and leverage CRM data to personalize marketing campaigns to individual preferences.

II.Requirements

•    Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields
•    Proven experience in marketing automation and email marketing.
•    Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, especially Salesforce is an advantage.
•    Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably experience with data analysis language (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
•    Familiarity with basic coding in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and SSJS is a plus.
•    Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
•    Ability to create engaging and persuasive email marketing content.
•    Strong project management and organizational skills.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
