JOB OVERVIEW
• We are looking for individuals with experience Java Technical Lead and fluent English communication skill which can directly work with foreign clients. We are interested in hearing about any personal projects you may be working on or any self-learning you are undertaking; you will need to show a track record in software testing experience that can showcase your capabilities. There are plenty of opportunities within the team to both teach and learn so we are looking for candidates with excellent technical and communication skills who are able to clearly express themselves and their ideas.

RESPONSIBILITES
• You are responsible for implementing task lists and working directly with the customer. Customer is big banking in the world. Need to meeting daily with the project team and the customer and discuss with them about requirement, issues…etc.
• Work directly with a client
• Develop product written in Java
• Focus on writing clean and readable code
• Implement task lists, estimate deliver assignments as functional specifications, quality standards and project schedules.
• Consistently delivers high-quality services and meet customer requirements.
• Other assignments from Project Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
• Strong knowledge in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Patterns and Concepts
• Strong knowledge in Java languages and Spring frameworks (Spring-core, Spring-boot, Spring Security, Sprint JPA…).
• Strong knowledge in the concepts of MVC (Model-View-Controller) Pattern, JDBC (Java Database Connectivity), Microservices and RESTful web services.
• Strong knowledge in Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA, Hibernate)
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker and Kubernetes).
• Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging
• Experience with Markup Languages such as XML, JSON
• Familiar with Cloud platform and services (AWS, Azure..)
• Experience with Agile Scrum framework
• Track record in working on the delivery of complex deployment projects and under diversified/ matrix structure
• Strong business sense with good understanding in how IT systems impact business objectives
• Strong communication, presentation & influencing skills, able to operate well across cultures and in multi-cultural, diverse work environments
• Strong analytical, design and problem solving skills
• Excellent team player with ability to work under minimal supervision
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Able to work at flexible hour for late evening meeting with colleagues in various regions, API deployment & production support
• Able to work under pressure
