• Troubleshoot and resolve any IT-related issues that may arise in the store and office.

• Evaluate hardware and software requirements for the organization and recommend appropriate laptop models.

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including but not limited to, operating system problems, network connectivity, and printer malfunctions.

• Track software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.

• Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including computers, printers, scanners, and other equipment.

• Collaborate with store management to plan and execute IT setup for new store locations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support.
3. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
