Invoice Control Division Manager

Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure the accuracy of revenue data from trade promotional income (Back Margin) and other income sources.

• Prepare and consolidate all data related to trade promotional income from business partners.

• Verify and compare trade term agreements to ensure that all information and conditions are accurate and aligned with contractual terms.

• Coordinate with relevant teams to track and confirm that all incoming revenue is collected in full and on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or revenue control, preferably within the retail industry.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately review and manage large volumes of data.

• Solid foundation in accounting principles and a good understanding of trade promotional income structures.

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to solve problems systematically.

• Proven team management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.

• Flexible and adaptable in dynamic working environments.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
