Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and development
• Play an integral role within our fast-paced interdisciplinary team to deliver projects with exceptional creativity and a natural desire to keep current on the latest trends in motion, visual effects, and user experience
• Collaborate closely with project teams to translate requirements into creative solutions that are not only attractive, but also accurately reflect our brand guidelines
• Capability to work well independently and as collaborative a member of a fast-paced team
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
• Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
• Work with Chief of Marketing and Marketing team to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• 3 years of relevant experience
• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a Bonus
