Objectives
- Partner with the CEO to develop a technology strategy that aligns tightly with business goals, from operational foundations to sustainable expansion
- Ensure a stable, secure, and flexible technology system — with a strong focus on platforms such as ERP, SCM, CRM/CDP, and BI
- Lead comprehensive digitalization across operations, supply chain, retail, and customer experience
- Optimize costs and enhance efficiency through automation, process standardization, and data-driven decision-making
- Foster innovation by applying technologies such as AI, IoT, data analytics, and developing internal R&D capabilities

Requirements
1. Experience & Background
- Degree in IT, Computer Science; MBA or certifications in Agile, AWS, Google Cloud are a plus.
- Deep knowledge of system architecture, software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and big data.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale digital transformation and technology projects.
- Track record of building and restructuring IT systems.
- Experience working in innovation-driven environments (retail, eCommerce, SaaS, logistics tech, fintech, etc.).

2. Technical Competencies
- Architecture & Systems: Solid understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity; experience implementing ERP, CRM, SCM, BI on cloud platforms.
- Strategy & Digital Transformation: Ability to drive tech strategy and end-to-end digitalization aligned with business growth goals.
- Data & Operations: Expertise in data architecture and analytics to optimize supply chain, retail, and customer experiences.
- Product & Teams: Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies, building efficient tech teams, and bridging tech with business.

- Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
