Event Planning Director

Role and Responsibilities:

• Understanding branding and overall communication plans, applying them effectively to event execution.
• Meeting with clients to assess marketing needs and objectives achievable through events, activations, and roadshows.
• Analyzing market and consumer trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Preparing proposals, quotations, and delivering presentations to clients.
• Creating briefs for in-house and external creative, suppliers, and marketing teams.
• Reviewing campaign results and suggesting improvements.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Automotive, Event Management, BTL activities, exhibitions, and mega events.
• Proficiency in marketing analysis and strategy development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events, Communications, or related field.
• Prior experience in an Event Agency is mandatory; experience in an Advertising Agency is advantageous.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Fluency in Chinese, English, or English Thai (spoken and written).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with all event staff.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Experience in risk management.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
