- Manage crew member schedules to ensure that workers have adequate time off between shifts
- Monitor and action corrective action against SLA requirements for Crewing items, follow trends or proposed changes in policy or regulation, and provide feedback impacts and suggested approaches to Senior Management.
- Maintain an effective and fair roster for Crewing personnel about leave and duty patterns, performance management, and staff development.
- Communicate with crew members regarding their schedules and provide feedback on their performance
- Maintain crew member records by updating information such as addresses and contact information
- Coordinate with supervisors to ensure that work crews have everything they need for their jobs
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management or any related field
- Experiences in crew rostering or crew control
- Having Knowledge about the Crew Rostering System
- Strong communication in English with negotiation skills
- Able to work on the day shift and night shift
