Back End Developer (Streaming Security Platform)

Core Responsibilities

• Working closely with our product and engineering teams to understand and implement new features and functionalities for our streaming services. This will involve areas like streaming concurrency, HCCU service, and streaming gateway APIs
• Troubleshoot issues and identify resolutions for problems related to streaming, including streaming concurrency, HCCU service, streaming gateway APIs, and other related systems
• Ensure seamless integration between our streaming platform and other relevant systems such as DRM, transcoders, packagers, CDNs, balancers, and front-end/back-end applications. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise and consultation for successful integration

Requirements

• Strong understanding of streaming technologies and protocols (e.g., RTMP, HLS, DASH)
• Experience with streaming server software and APIs
• Familiarity with system integration methodologies and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with cloud-based streaming platforms
• Experience with streaming security (DRM)
• Programming experience (e.g., Python, Java)
