Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Direction: Develop and communicate a strategic vision for marketing strategies ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand identities.
Performance Analysis: Continuously evaluate team performance, campaigns, and strategies, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Knowledge Cultivation: Establish and nurture a culture of continuous learning, providing team members with the resources and opportunities to expand their knowledge and skills.
System Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of systems and processes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of commerce marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Age of 27-37 years old.
Proven leadership experience with a strong focus on team development and empowerment.
3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on commerce marketing.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, honest, detail-oriented, disciplined, hardworking, patient, and dedicated to fulfilling duties.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in English communication and Microsoft Excel.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
