Admin & Marketing Executive

WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH

1. Flash Sales/event Management

• Planning & organizing our popups and online flash sales from planning, liaison with business partners, media agency and KOLs to create engaging and authentic content that resonates with OnTheList's target audience.
• Creating copywriting for marketing material, including design and image-edit for both online and offline media.
• In-charge of all suppliers and assist in searching the venues for offline event.
• Input the data in shopify, Optimizing the website layout and organization of products based on customer and competitive insights, Brand strategy and overall OnTheList online strategy.
• Identify opportunities and seek new initiatives to maximize sales (product bundle offers, improvements to navigation, site search and filtering to improve ease of product discovery)
• To manage ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned

2. Customer Service

• Handle professional customer services to General enquiries/ claims issues over the phone & email timely and tactfully
• Feedback customers’ comments to superior for service improvement
• Make suggestions for improving customer satisfaction
• Handle complaint and escalation cases

3. Budget & Report

• To monitor, measure and evaluate on all demand generation campaign metric
• Follow up on all invoices and receipts with Hong Kong Team
• Prepare monthly report for managements review and direct report to your supervisor

WHAT IT TAKES

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Mass Communication or related field
• Experience of minimum 2 years in marketing, ecommerce, digital marketing and possess media relations are preferred
• Well-organized, detail-minded, self-motivated, high responsibility.
• Able to work independently
• Good media relationship & communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Thai
• Excellent Social media tools; instagram, line@, facebook and MS Excel, Word , PowerPoint skills essential
• Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and design tools would be an advantage
