Strategic Vendor Management: Oversee vendor performance (KPI, SLA) and co-develop sourcing and retention solutions for blue-collar labor.
Workforce Planning: Translate business goals into optimized workforce structures, including headcount planning and supervisor/blue collar worker ratios. Review and validate staffing requests monthly.
Daily & Weekly Monitoring: Allocate OT budgets and validate daily labor plans to ensure SLA and productivity targets are met.
Labor Budgeting: Drive labor cost forecasting and monitor direct labor cost (CPO) to ensure alignment with financial plans. Highlight gaps and provide corrective actions.
Project Management (PMO): Lead continuous improvement initiatives in workforce management, including process optimization and productivity enhancements.

Yêu cầu công việc:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
Min 5+ years’ experience in workforce planning, vendor management, or operations strategy.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience in managing blue-collar labor planning is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with labor cost modeling.
