Warehouse Operation and Data Analyst Officer

Operational Improvements & On-Site Activities (55%)

• Conduct weekly 6S evaluations for both warehouses. For South warehouse, evaluations must be done directly on-site.

• Complete quarterly Gemba Walk assessments on-site and ensure results are updated in the system.

• Review compliance with Warehouse Maturity Standards (WhMS), ensuring both warehouses maintain consistent performance and improvements.

• Work closely with LSPs to implement improvement actions related to 6S, Gemba Walk findings, and WhMS requirements.

• Receive and handle incidents reported by LSPs or internal stakeholders regarding warehouse and transport operations. Coordinate with LSPs to find solutions and summarize issues for review in weekly meetings.

Monitor and report daily/monthly warehouse and local distribution KPI (20%)

• Track daily KPIs for both warehouses (inbound, outbound, and space utilization), and ensure data is consistently updated in both Blazor and PT Front-End tools.

• Monitor daily transportation KPIs for the two logistics service providers (LSPs). Follow up on estimated delivery dates, especially in cases at risk of delay.

• Work with warehouse and transport LSPs to investigate the root cause of KPI failures. Ensure LSPs provide a proper 5-Why analysis and PDCA plan within the required lead time.

• Organize weekly KPI review meetings with LSPs to evaluate performance and update tasks or open points accordingly.

• Report weekly KPI failures and issues to Bosch Logistics and follow up closely with LSPs on all related tasks and open points.

Monitor and resolve issue related to IT infrastructure and SAP/EWM systems (15%)

• Learn how to operate key processes (inbound, outbound, internal operations, and inventory management) on POE, PRP, P13, PL4, and PL7 systems (target: within 3 months).

• Understand warehouse IT infrastructure, including NC3 concepts, Cloud Virtual Workspace, and how to set up printers and scanners. Learn how to handle basic troubleshooting.

• Be responsible for troubleshooting the warehouse with SAP/EWM system issues and resolving IT-related incidents on-site.

Warehouse Billing (5%)

• Receive and process debit notes from both warehouses after confirmation by Bosch.

• Record warehouse cost data in the monthly reporting file.

Project & Ad Hoc Support (5%)

• Support side tasks in projects requested by Bosch, such as data collection, time studies in the warehouse, or other related assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year experience in on-site warehouse operation.

• Familiarity with SAP systems is preferred.

• Strong communication skills, proficient in English (intermediate level and above)

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)

• Knowledge in SAP MM & WM modules

• Programming skills or experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
