Waiter/Waitress - Bangkok

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers and deliver food and beverages with efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure that tables are set up appropriately with all necessary items such as linens, glassware, and utensils
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including removing used dishes and glasses and sending them to the kitchen
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, anticipating their needs and addressing any concerns promptly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining experience for all guests

Qualifications

• Good attitude with a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Flexibility to work on rotating shifts and weekends
• Motivated to handle daily operations of outlets and deliver excellent customer service
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team environment
