Lead Art Project, VM and In Mall Decoration, Design Idea, Plan and Strategy for Central Embassy / Open House / Central Original Storeâs Corporate / Seasonal and Special Art projects.
Initiate and Execute Design / Idea / Concept / Function Support for Art and Decoration Project.
Make sure all the designs / materials / construction are being executed in the best quality.
Oversee set up and dismantle process of each Art/Decoration projects.
Control budget and manage Traffic between Internal and External Team.
Manage and supervise team members.
Qualifications
Strong background in Design / Creative / Art / Retail or Organizer Field
Have a creative mindset with excellent in taste and reference that match with CENTRAL EMBASSYâs positioning and targeted customer
Deep understanding and knowledge in Art / VM/ Design work functions
Proven success projects/campaign from previous work experiences in Retail, Design Firm, Organizer
Detail oriented and KPIs driven
Able to co-ordinate for both International Partner, Outsource team and Internal team
Have a critical / analytic and creative mindset
Able to work in multitasking functions and can work under pressure
Good command of English
