UX Writer

What you’ll do:

· Collaborate with the Design Team: Work closely with UX/UI designers, researchers, and visual designers to understand user needs and ensure content seamlessly integrates with the overall user experience.

· Develop and maintain a consistent writing system that reflects our brand voice and ensures clarity, consistency, and accessibility across all user touchpoints.

· Write for Users: Leverage user research insights to translate complex information into clear, concise, and user-friendly wordings and iterate based on user feedback and behavior.

· Write for Action: Develop persuasive and engaging copy that guides users towards desired actions within the app, motivating them to complete tasks and achieve their goals.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Mid-level to senior-level experience UX Writer, Content Strategist, or similar role, preferably within the financial industry.

· Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centered writing for digital products.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.

· Ability to simplify complex information and create engaging, user-friendly content.

· Knowledge of UX principles, Information Architect and user-centered design practices.

· Familiarity with Figma, Figjam, UX writing Figma plug-in like Ditto Frontitude or other.

· Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a digital design environment.
