Kiểm soát an toàn thực phẩm và chất lượng món ăn theo tiêu chuẩn của Nhà hàng trong khu vực bếp. Ensure food safety and dish quality in the kitchen area according to company standards.
Điều phối đội ngũ bếp trong giờ cao điểm để duy trì hiệu suất hoạt động. Coordinate kitchen staff during peak hours to maintain smooth operations.
Quản lý nhóm 10–15 nhân viên, phân công và giám sát công việc hàng ngày. Lead and oversee a team of 10–15 members, assigning and monitoring daily tasks.
Kiểm soát tồn kho nguyên vật liệu, theo dõi xuất – nhập – tồn. Manage inventory and track stock movements.
Lên lịch làm việc và xây dựng kế hoạch đào tạo kỹ năng cho nhân viên bếp. Schedule shifts and plan skill development training for the team.
Cập nhật và báo cáo các vấn đề liên quan đến hoạt động bếp lên Ban Giám Đốc. Report and update management on kitchen operations.
