• Oversee the end-to-end processing of trade finance transactions, including letters of credit, documentary collections, and trade loans.
• Prepare, review, and verify trade finance documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with international trade standards and bank policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on trade finance products and services.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with trade finance transactions, including credit risk, operational risk, and compliance risk.
• Work closely with internal teams, including relationship managers, credit officers, and compliance officers, to ensure seamless transaction processing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade finance operations within the banking industry.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in trade finance systems and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of international trade finance regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
