• Thiết lập môi trường test, quản lý test plan/test campaign.

• Thiết kế test case, test scenario, test suite, chuẩn bị test data.

• Thực hiện manual test, viết & chạy automation test script.

• Review test case, test script, tạo test report, tích hợp với công cụ quản lý QA.

• Tuân thủ quy trình: JIRA, X-Ray, DevOps, coding standards, bảo mật.

• Tham gia Scrum events, phối hợp với khách hàng và team onsite.

• Hỗ trợ quản lý team: phân công, theo dõi hiệu suất, báo cáo.

• Đào tạo, huấn luyện nhân viên mới, cập nhật công nghệ mới.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 4+ năm kinh nghiệm Software Testing (SIT, UAT).

• 3+ năm kinh nghiệm Automation Test cho Web App.

• Thành thạo framework: Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, Cypress, Playwright.

• Kinh nghiệm test planning, defect analysis, test report.

• Quản lý test với X-Ray, QA tools.

• Thành thạo REST API testing (Rest Assured).

• Quen thuộc với BDD, TDD, CI/CD (Jenkins, Gitlab CI).

• Biết ít nhất một ngôn ngữ lập trình: Java, Groovy, JavaScript, Python…

• Ưu tiên: kinh nghiệm test CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics 365), automation test mobile.

Kỹ năng mềm:

• 3+ năm kinh nghiệm Agile/SCRUM.

• Giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt (phỏng vấn, thuyết trình, Scrum events).

• Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề, quản lý team, review test.

• Có kinh nghiệm hoặc sẵn sàng làm việc với khách hàng châu Âu.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and user-centered design
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
