Responsibilities

• Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
• Help departments use technology profitably.
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Developing the detailed design structure after understanding the requirements and the design.
• Implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project.
• Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
• Monitor debugging process results.
• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
• Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to
• technology.
• Communicate technology strategy to partners, team and customer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
• Hands on experience with front-end languages and libraries (e.g., JavaScript, React);
• back-end languages (e.g., Golang, Java, C#).
• Flexible enough and be adaptable to the changing and varied work settings.
• Proven experience similar leadership role.
• Enough knowledge about the designing tool in order to involve with the designing team.
• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership and organizational abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• In-depth understanding of the entire development process (design, development testing and
• deployment).
