Strategic Leadership:
Lead the end-to-end strategic process, from initial briefing to final presentation, deployment, and performance reporting.
Independently develop and champion strategic thinking, pushing the team to achieve impactful results.
Provide expert guidance on the use of digital and social media platforms to drive brand and commercial growth, both internally and for clients.
Consult clients on a wide range of business problems, from product and marketing to communications strategies.
Creative Strategy & Collaboration:
Develop strong creative strategies that lead to integrated agency output.
Foster a collaborative mindset across departments to ensure seamless execution of strategic plans.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain constructive relationships with clients and strategic partners, including media outlets, research firms, technology providers, and publishers/platforms.
Proactively identify new areas of opportunity within client businesses and contribute to account growth.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Manage, inspire, and provide guidance to junior planners and interns.
Foster a positive and supportive team environment.
Innovation & Effectiveness:
Champion effectiveness in both project execution and awards submissions.
Identify and champion innovative solutions that disrupt the market and drive competitive advantage.
Business Development:
Actively participate in new business pitches and contribute to the development of compelling proposals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency's client portfolio.
Presentation & Communication:
Develop and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate strategic recommendations and inspire action.
Utilize strong storytelling skills to sell ideas and gain buy-in from clients and internal stakeholders.
Ownership & Accountability:
Take ownership of projects and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility throughout the pitching and deployment process.

Provide unique expertise in the use of Digital/ Social media platforms to drive Brand & Commercial growth to both internal teams and clients.
Foster constructive relationship with clients and strategic partners (including media, research, technology, publisher/ platform partners and so on)
Manage, inspire, and provide guidance (Junior) planners (and Interns)
Proactively identify new areas of opportunity on client businesses, always on the lookout for new biz opportunities and account growth
Consult clients on a wide range of business problems (from product, marketing to communications)
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields is required (Master degree is a plus)
A minimum of 3 - 4 years experience in Planning Department is required. Already at Senior level is preferred
Proven work experience in Brand/ Communication strategy, Digital/ Social planning (especially Influencer Marketing) is required
Previous innovative project and experience is a plus
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
