Support Engineer

• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure quality and process control during installation work.
• Supervise and resolve discrepancies in shop drawings by working with the internal CAD team or other suppliers.
• Prepare technical queries when discrepancies cannot be resolved on-site.
• Serve as the Project Manager for all Hafele Top stone fabrication and installation jobs.
• Issue job quotations to customers.
• Prepare detailed work procedures and sequences for project sub-activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure technical installation drawings and specifications meet customer requirements.
• Use the ERP system (Orion) for job production contracting.
• Monitor and coordinate with outsourced subcontractors.
• Report to the Production Manager on a weekly basis.
• Handle other related job assignments as directed by management.
• Support activities and tasks to achieve HTH’s Policy.
