JOB OVERVIEW
The Program Consultant will act as a trusted ambassador of Sun Group Academy, guiding prospective students towards educational pathways that match their aspirations and career goals. This role demands both hospitality-driven service skills and in-depth program knowledge.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Introduce and promote the Academy’s programs to prospective students and their families.
Offer personalized guidance on course selection, study plans, and career outcomes.
Assist with application, enrollment, and onboarding processes.
Represent the Academy at open days, education fairs, and industry events.
Maintain ongoing relationships with students and alumni.
REQUIREMENTS
College or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Education, Marketing, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in student advisory, admissions, or customer-facing hospitality roles.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
