Strategy Manager

Position Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze business performance to identify opportunities for growth and potential risks in achieving key KPIs.
  • Conduct both market and internal analysis to develop effective strategies and improve business performance.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to provide data and analysis that supports management’s decisions and CRC’s objectives.
  • Support the Head of Small Format Strategy & New Business with project management of strategic initiatives under Small Format and new business sectors.


Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather meaningful data and synthesize information.
  • Proficiency in BI tools and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and develop presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as a team player and manage stakeholder relationships.
